One honest answer: score, grade, verdict.

You've found a stock. Is it actually a setup? Swing Trade Scanner grades the chart in front of you the way a swing trader reads it — trend, momentum, relative strength, volume — and answers in plain English.

  • 0–100 score — five weighted checks: MA alignment (up to 35 pts), momentum (20), distance from the recent high (20), relative strength vs SPY (15), and volume (10).
  • Grade + Verdict — HIGH QUALITY, MODERATE, WEAK, AVOID, or EXTENDED / WAIT. No decoding required.
  • Extension penalty — more than 6% above the fast MA and the score gets docked. Chasing a stretched chart is how good setups become bad entries.
  • 4-MA ribbon on the chart — the trend zone shades green in an uptrend, red in a downtrend. Optional candle coloring shows the stack state at a glance.
  • Long setups only — said plainly — on a downtrending chart it shows Full Bear and AVOID. It won't invent an opportunity.

Grade the chart before you commit a dollar.

1

Pull up your candidate

From Watchlist Curator's top five, a Target Isolator scan, or your own list — open the chart and drop the Scanner on it.

2

Read the grade

Score and grade sit up top. The four metric rows — MA Alignment, Momentum, RS vs SPY, Volume — show exactly what's earning or costing points.

3

Respect the verdict

HIGH QUALITY means everything lined up. EXTENDED / WAIT means good stock, bad moment — let it pull in. AVOID means look elsewhere.

Defaults work out of the box.

Add it to your chart and it's ready — no configuration needed to start. Tune when you want to.

One tool in a clean process.

The Scanner grades the chart after the free finders surface it — and before the Risk Manager sizes it. A Pro version (trade levels, short side, alerts) is in the works; follow BlueBeck on TradingView to catch it.
